📍 Position: Office Administrator
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Receive and process emails, phone calls, and physical mails
Assist HR department
Support payroll, on-boarding, personnel databases and etc.
Assist Finance department
Support payments, record daily transactions, financial close, financial audit, budget management and etc.
Assist communication between headquarter(Korea) and US office
Manage office supplies
Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces
Job Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience
Fluent in English & Korean
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication skills and willingness to make phone calls, emails, and other communications with clients
