📍 Position: Office Administrator

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

  • Receive and process emails, phone calls, and physical mails

  • Assist HR department

  • Support payroll, on-boarding, personnel databases and etc.

  • Assist Finance department

  • Support payments, record daily transactions, financial close, financial audit, budget management and etc.

  • Assist communication between headquarter(Korea) and US office

  • Manage office supplies

  • Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience

  • Fluent in English & Korean

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to make phone calls, emails, and other communications with clients
