Roles & Responsibilities:

As a EDA Tools Software Engineer at OPENEDGES, you will be working on developing the core EDA algorithms such as automated synthesis of our next-generation Cache Coherent NoC interconnect. This position offers a chance to have a real impact in the AI SoCindustry by developing a better Cache Coherent NoC interconnect IP that enables high performance, highly efficient AI SoCs. We are building a team of outstanding people around the world, who share the same mission with us.

  • Develop and test EDA tools to support both internal engineers and clients

  • Develop a new core algorithm for automatic Network-on-Chip (NoC) topology synthesis

  • Create outstanding automated flows to analyze and test design methodologies

  • Implement new algorithms, automation schemes and technology to be embedded in the company product line


Job Requirements:

  • BS Degree with 5-10 years of related experience

  • Demonstrate expertise in front end design EDA tools

  • Good knowledge in System Verilog, Verilog, SoC design integration, design verification flow and methodology

Preference:

  • The ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment that fosters a collaborative/team atmosphere

  • Experience with startup environments or venture backed firms

  • A self-starting orientation with the intense desire/drive to “make things happen.”
